“From aerobics to Zumba, gymming to Bollywood dance, home classes to studios I have probably tried it all but it was something that started out as a fad to lose weight and hence did not last for more than a few months. What Neha brought into my life was the love for being fit and healthy. The weighing scales didn’t matter that much anymore ( though that automatically moved) but the gaining of strength or of actually being able to go from a few seconds to a few minutes of plank, or running a marathon which had never been knew before.
