YOGA is perfect combination of physical, mental and spiritual practices to maintain good overall health.

At Fitvibes, we aim to initiate a participant to the best practices, developed from combining the different forms of Yoga to meet individual specific requirements. In addition, for each practice / asana, levels are defined from easy to difficult to suit the individuals’ ability.

 Apart from the generic Yogic practices, specific programs are designed to promote healthy living by targeting specific ailments or target groups such as back pain, woman hormonal health,woman pregnancy, pre and post menopausal woman, etc.

 A healthy body leads to a healthy mind, and that is what we endeavour to give every participant of the program.
